Craizem Custom Candles will do our best to give you the customer the product you want and asked for. We want you to enjoy the special candles that you deserve.

Returns allowed for products that have been received broken. Must not have been used. Pictures will be required.
Other returns will require communication between seller and buyer before crediting the sale.
Colors will vary slightly and the seller is not responsible for colors that may vary slightly.
The seller reserves the right not to sell to customers who do not follow our terms and conditions.
Candles are hand poured individually and inspected prior to packing and shipping.
All candles are sold with warning labels on the bottom side of the candle. It is the buyers responsibility to follow those warning instructions completely. Seller is not responsible for issues that occur due to misuse of the product sold to the buyer buy the buyer.
